Bidding Period Bidding opens Wednesday, December the 4th, at 6:00 PM and closes Friday, December 6th, at 6:00 PM.
Important: Comments made before the start time will be deleted.
Starting Bids and Increments
Each auction item will have a starting bid listed.Bids must increase in $5 increments (e.g., if the starting bid is $10, valid bids are $10, $15, $20, etc.).
Finality of Bids All bids are final.
Do not place a bid unless you are committed to purchasing the item.
How to Bid
Bids must be made as individual comments on the auction post.Do not reply to another comment to place your bid; bids made in replies will not be counted.
Responsibility for Bids
You are responsible for any bids made under your name.If bidding on behalf of someone else, remember that your name is attached to the item, and you will be held accountable.
Closing Rule
If bidding is still active at the designated closing time, the auction will continue until there have been no new bids for one full minute.
Item Pickup
Items must be picked up at Clayton First Baptist Church.All items need to be picked up and paid for by Monday, December 9th, unless prior arrangements are made with Sherri Walker.
Payment InformationPayment can be made via cash or check (checks should be made payable to Baptist Home for Girls).Items will not be released until payment is received in full.
